It is a question of organisation of KISS Advertiser. The classifieds market is organized by its plans (or \'models\'), not by its categories or ad states such as \'wanted\' or \'for sale\'.It\'s the owner\'s task to setup appropriate plans where users can place ads for free or being charged. This can be done by creating some plans accordingly. To charge someone for \'selling\' ads and make \'wanted\' ads free would be a rather sophisticated plan - although you\'re right it wouldn\'t be fair to charge s.o. for \'wanted\' ads.

For example could the free account just allow a user to post an ad in a choice of categories i.e wanted, give away, swap exchange, and then set up a paid account for paid ads in a For Sale category and its sub categories? It seems a little unfair to charge users to for a wanted ad or free to collect ad.
any advice most appreciated.
