No matter whether a glass is half full or half empty - as long as my teeth fit in.
We have menus for navigating through the component on the top and the bottom to avoid scrolling if you have a lot of ads populating your page. In this case you should have to scroll down a big part if you have the menus only on the bottom. Many users have asked us therefore to put identical links onto the top and the bottom.
