hello again.I am facing the same problem with another member here.The problem is that when i tried to sent a complaint to a test ad the complaint was sent to the back-end and was automatically shown with the ad but as an administrator i was not informed about the complaint neither was the user that posted the ad.I got the messages : Could not instantiate mail function
and under that : your complaint has been sent.
The point is that when i posted the ad i had no sent mail problems.I had the problem only with the complaint.
In the back-end i got the following error messages but i think the should be solved with the same way you proposed to the other user..
· JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths
· JFolder::create: Could not create image directory
I forgot to mention that the user that sent that complaint had a valid e-mail adress.
