The basic functions of this Website were created with Joomla!, a free Content Management System (CMS) distributed under the GNU/GPL License. However we modified a lot of functions in this web portal because they are not part of the Joomla basic installation. You will find many of our modifications and additional components for Joomla in our download repository. In most cases, there are GPL and professional versions. GPL is free of charge, the professional versions require a customer account. Please see 'Buy software' in the top menu above.
