KISS Software Website reworked
Three years means a little eternity in the fast internet. The 'old' KISS Website was online since 2009 so the time was ripe for a relaunch of the web design.

"We don't want to catch our users unawares" says KISS web designer Marina Suchoi. The web design was reworked softly and the recognizability and the operating simplicity was emphasized.

The most significant change is the clarity of design. The type face consistency  with the clear Verdana font face grants a significantly improved readability - associated with the minimalistic design. The KISS Software website concentrates on the essential - without redundant 'design gimmicks' - following our design guideline: Less is more.

And as if that weren't enough: The KISS website proves that minimalistic design does not lead to a loss of performance. On the contrary: The KISS Software designers and programmers worked hand in hand and created a site which is meant to be exemplary for functionality. The user finds what he/she is looking for. Without further ado.

Especially in our download area we achieved a greater transparency and better user guidance by using a new download software (Phoca). Registered users can now upload own articles, weblinks and files very easily. The support forum was reworked and has now even more functions and communication possibilities. A private messaging system gives users the occasion to communicate with other users. And last not least the English language support was improved for our international visitors.
